Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the onsite delivery of complex commercial and industrial projects across Townsvile & regional Queensland. These projects demand strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to drive outcomes through structured planning and decisive action.

Projects you can expect to be apart of include:

  • New-build hospital & health facilities
  • Education projects: new schools, special-education campuses, campus expansions
  • Community & civic infrastructure: community centres, government buildings
  • Commercial & industrial builds: warehouses, offices, retail spaces, mixed-use developments
  • Residential & accommodation projects: multi-unit residential, aged care, and retirement villages
  • Redevelopments & refurbishments: existing facilities upgraded or expanded

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of site performance, including safety, program, quality, and subcontractor management. You'll be trusted to run the site with autonomy, backed by a collaborative project team that values open communication and professionalism.

What are you going to do

  • Lead site operations from commencement through to completion on projects $10M-$70M+.
  • Maintain and enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to deliver program milestones.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and progress to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to site staff and emerging supervisors.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through transparent communication.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on large-scale projects.
  • Proven ability to manage programs, subcontractors, and site teams effectively.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction sequencing and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to building a safe, high-performance site culture
