Introduction

  • Prepares and cataloging Materials in RSPL (Recommended Spare Parts List’s) into SAP database.

What are you going to do 

  • Provides expertise for assessing spare parts capacity and operating supplies requirements of the project.
  • Assist materials team by liaising with OPCO for the list of materials required
  • Cataloging and preparing spares material database for uploading to SAP-Materials Modules as part of Spares & Operating Supplies Team (SOST)
  • Inspecting materials received in warehouse, to obtain additional/improved Descriptions and latest Parts numbers.
  • Review Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) for procedural correctness
  • Research, retrieve the missing or incomplete information to meet Company standards.
  • Review the item created for the improvements of buying texts during procurement process or warehouse inspection stage
  • Cross checks existing SAP records and inventory for duplication including the use of Spares and SAP search functionalities.
  • Update RSPL and Project Material Master Form with comprehensive Technical Buying Description.
  • Adhere to all Company safety, health, environmental and security procedures, rules and Regulation

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
  • Good SAP knowledge in MM modules
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of Eight (8) years experience in materials management, mainly in Oil and Gas Industry
