What are you going to do
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global product strategy for drying and conditioning equipment in alignment with business objectives and market trends
- Lead new product development initiatives, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams from early concept through commercialization
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and evolving customer needs
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including pricing, feature enhancements, portfolio rationalization, and end‑of‑life planning
- Partner with regional teams to adapt product offerings for local market requirements and regulatory standards
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and present product roadmaps, forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within industrial equipment, process equipment, or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of drying, conditioning, or thermal process technologies and their applications
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
