Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Analyst for a one-year contract in a hybrid office environment (3 days per week) with a major pharmaceutical client. This person will have exceptional technical writing skills and a strong aptitude for developing SOP's in conjunction with stakeholders and regulatory documentation. What are you going to do 

* Adapt existing common laboratory methods into written procedures, using defined templates* Modernize existing procedures according to required templates
* Develop and optimize report templates; train team members in template usage* Oversee the writing and completion of documents and assigned tasks within established timeline
* Manage document reviews, resolve comments and secure approval* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for document management and revision
* Ensure all job functions comply with internal standards* Coordinate with training and laboratory staff to assign training content
* Perform all responsibilities under minimal supervision

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelors in life sciences (e.g. biological sciences, chemistry, or other biotechnical sciences)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical writing related to laboratory experiments and/or report templates
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances or new information.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to learn laboratory practice workflows
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advances skills in Microsoft Word, including formatting, style creation, and template management
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in authoring tools
