Brunel is proud to exclusively partner with a prominent integrated energy business to appoint a values-led and strategic leader to the role of Head of Asset Engineering & Project Delivery, based in Perth.
This is a unique opportunity to shape engineering, projects, and technical services capabilities within this newly formed business unit. You'll lead a capable team of five direct reports and a wider group of 50 people across engineering disciplines, capital projects, and maintenance-creating a culture of collaboration, capability-building, and innovation.

Is this you?

  • Accomplished senior leader with experience in downstream oil & gas or complex processing
  • Comfortable navigating change and fostering a positive team culture during transformation
  • Track record of developing cohesive teams and driving alignment across complex functions
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, organisational change, and influencing at all levels
  • Progressive leadership style focused on trust, empowerment, and continuous improvement
